·       We search out the very finest materials at the best prices and keep our overhead low to pass on the savings onto our customers

·       All estimates and invoices have comprehensive detailed listing of all materials & labor charges.

·       Work Orders have the same comprehensive details of material needed and labor to be performed

·       All work orders have detailed scope of labor to be performed

·       No install labor is charged up front

·       All work orders require walk through inspection upon completion of job by client

·       Installers are paid only if work is completed and the work order has been signed off by the client. Glenn Rogers audits installers work performance and follows up with all customers.

·       Customer receives via e-mail and approves draft copy of Work Order prior to being issued to installer.

·       All install crews are prescreened by The Flooring Broker for experience, workmanship, etc

·       As extra protection to all parties The Flooring Broker maintains a Certificate of Liability Insurance

·       General Liability limits of $2,000,000.00

·       Upon request a client can be added as additional insured and copy will be mailed or faxed to customer prior to starting any work.

·       Customer’s references are available upon request prior to placing order but not during biding phase, as a courtesy to my clients

·       All work shall be done in strict compliance with manufactures guidelines and written work order

·       Any request by client to depart from manufacture’s guidelines will be No Bid by The Flooring Broker.

·       Only the highest quality materials will be sold/used by The Flooring Broker.
